I think that lavender goes beautifully with silver. Plus if you use the actual flower in parts of the wedding, it’s going to smell so nice.

Lets see the dress. Also, what time of year are you getting married…that will play a big part in colors.
Lavendar would be good if you want a soft feel.
Red goes well with ivory and silver…plus you can do so much with red..and if you are thinking of more of a fall wedding that would go good with it also.
Almost anything would go with silver…but lets see the dress…and are you wanting a wedding in a church early morning…are you doing an outside wedding? Is it mid morning…or evening…

With a dominant color like silver, neutral or soft colors tend to fade rather than stand out and compliment the silver.
Sapphire blue, Cranberry, or Deep navy (reds & blues) go well with silver….if you are into lighter colors the best coordinating color would be Champagne because it has a sort of darken hue.
